The May Tracks Has You vs. No Consequences vs. Back to Rock III

And we’re off, with No Consequences beginning its translation. It doesn’t get very far before being rammed by both The May Tracks Has You and Back to Rock III! The May Tracks Has You gets under the side nicely and throws No Consequences clean over onto its back. As the huge lifting arm begins to self-right Joey’s robot, Back to Rock III moves in with a big push, shoving No Consequences onto the flame grill. The May Tracks Has You glides in and under Back to Rock III this time, again using the flipper to good effect to throw it onto its back. No Consequences has already self-righted and is already starting to spin up. Leaving Back to Rock III to self-right, The May Tracks Has You instead goes after the yellow robot again.
This time No Consequences dodges the oncoming attack, before turning back in to strike The May Tracks Has You. Not a lot of damage seems to have been caused, but the attack has allowed Back to Rock III to catch The May Tracks Has You and get its revenge from earlier, rolling the English robot over with the lifter. No Consequences is dancing away again, and Back to Rock III makes its way to the dance floor… Martijn doesn’t seem to fear No Consequences, as he drives his robot straight at the translational spinner! The box rush stops both robots in their tracks, just as the robot with tracks scoops under No Consequences again, trying to damage it with the spiked wedge. Before it gets chance to flip, Back to Rock III barges into the side of it, causing sparks as the front saw blade meets the side skirting. Once again, No Consequences scrambles away as Back to Rock III lifts The May Tracks Has You into the air. The bot from Gainsborough slides off the lifter and reacts quickly to throw Back to Rock over again.
Back to Rock III self rights quickly thanks to its geared lifting arm. But then gets crashed into by No Consequences! Joey looks slightly happier to have finally got a good attack in, putting a nice dent in the rear end of Back to Rock III. Full of confidence, No Consequences turns towards The May Tracks Has You and clatters off the front wedge. Back to Rock III is waiting and thuds into No Consequences, completely stopping the spinning motion. This allows The May Tracks Has You to launch an attack, getting under No Consequences and flipping it into the air. The lifting arms starts to self-right No Consequences as Back to Rock III hits the pit release. Joey quickly gets away from the pit lowering right below his robot and starts spinning away, while The May Tracks Has You heads for Back to Rock III. The two robots drive at each other head to head, and The May Tracks Has You proves to be the lower of the two, as Back to Rock III rides up the wedge and gets trapped on the front spikes.
The May Tracks Has You senses an opportunity and travels towards the arena wall… but No Consequences comes in to attack! The hit knocks The May Tracks Has You and Back to Rock III apart and causes a few sparks. No Consequences continues to spin at a medium medium speed and goes for the front wedge of The May Tracks Has You. One of the spikes has lost its tip after that attack! No Consequences stops spinning but is still in control, as it manoeuvres its lifting arm spikes under the skirts of The May Tracks Has You and begins to lift… just as Back to Rock III begins to lift No Consequences! The May Tracks Has You topples over, followed by No Consequences, and Back to Rock III begins to push No Consequences towards the corner of the arena and onto the spike! The spike licks out quickly, projecting the inverted No Consequences a foot in the air! The May Tracks Has You joins in the fun and flicks No Consequences back over right way up, but onto the spike again! The spike operates again… and oh dear, that didn’t sound too good… Back to Rock III takes its turn, beginning to lift No Consequences up. The May Tracks Has You whizzes in underneath and scoops up No Consequences, firing the flipper… and sending it tumbling over the nearby wall!
Frank has little time to recognise the achievement as Back to Rock III starts gnawing away at the side skirt with its saw. The tracked robot turns and guides its flipper blade under Back to Rock III and once again gets it trapped on the spiked front wedge. The May Tracks Has You has one goal in mind, and that is to dispose of Back to Rock III properly this time! Frank steers his machine towards the pits edge and flips… but Back to Rock III is well and truly embedded onto those spikes! The May Tracks Has You flips again, this time freeing Back to Rock III, but allowing it to escape. Someone can be heard shouting “but… no one escapes the May Tracks” from the control booth, as The May Tracks Has You makes light work of flipping Back to Rock over again. Frank goes for another flip, but Back to Rock self-righted very quickly and turned away from danger. The two go for another wedge-to-wedge charge… and this time Back to Rock III gets under! The lifting arm raises The May Tracks Has You slightly off the ground and the Dutch robot surges forwards, dumping The May Tracks Has You into the pit stylishly.
