Robot Name: Exodus
Shape: Box, with 2 sets of removable wedges (one that is normal and goes at the front, another that is inverted and goes at the rear. They can be used separately or together. They are both angled at 42* to deflect spinners, there are another pair that are angled at 30* to get under other robots easily), I can also opt to add a rounded extension to the rear if it needs to self-right better
Weight: About 78kg without any setups, up to 110kg depending on which one is used
Length: 90cm
Width: 90cm
Height: 20cm
Motivation: 2 x fully vulcanised titanium tank tracks, internally mounted, but with removable top coverings which mean it can become invertible. The tracks are slightly taller than the robot itself, so the coverings resemble long cuboids, also the track coverings are wedged at the front and have mute-style barbs on top
Drive: 4 x S28-400s at 24v, providing 18HP, powered by 4 x NiCad battlepacks
Armour: 3.25mm hardox on front, rear, top, base and sides, 5mm hardox for track coverings and 5mm titanium for all skirts
Weaponry: The robot can choose from the setups listed below;
1) A Bio-Hazard style lifting/flipping arm, but powered by pneumatics from 2 x 2kg bottles at 250psi, allowing for about 30 flips per bout
2) A 90cm wide drum, spun upwards at a maximum 3000rpm by a LEM-130 at 36v, it is made of titanium and has plenty of barbs and curved tungsten blades to rip and flip opponents, at maximum rpm it can deliver a 30Kj hit, and it takes 2 seconds to reach that speed
3) A vertical claw in the centre of the machine, powered by hydraulics at 2000psi from a vivoil pump, giving 2 tonnes of force
4) A concave scoop made out of 10mm hardox, perfect for fighting horizontal spinners
5) A pair of 50cm long hardox Panic Attack style lifting forks powered by a LEM-130 at 36v, they can work inverted and are tungsten tipped to damage tyres or tracks, also they can go parallel to the floor to actas ramming spikes.
6) A pussycat-style blade mounted on the bottom of the machine ala Code: BLACK, designed to shred tyres as it is spun at 3000rpm by a LEM-130 at 36v
Speed: Maximum 25mph, 15mph average
Turning Circle: 0
Ground Clearance: Variable;
1) 0 at front/rear when the wedge is fitted, 8mm when flipped
2) 8mm when and where an inverted wedge is fitted, but 0 when flipped
3) Can be effectively 0 with 8mm behind at sides and rear when the 5mm titanium skirts are fitted, these skirts can be hinged so that they flop over when the robot is inverted or torsion sprung to hold them down and joined by hardox hinges to make it extremely difficult for the robot to be flipped
Srimech: Invertible with out track coverings, setup 1 can right the robot when the rounded rear is fitted and setup 5 can right the robot at all times
Colour: Interchangeable panels;
Top and base armour can be red or blue
Front and rear can be yellow or green
Sides can be black or white
Skirts can be purple or pink
Strengths: Opponent never knows what they will be facing until I choose setups
Weaknesses: Depends ;D
Bio: I wanted a bot that can be almost completely different no matter what opponent it faces, so that it can exploit the opponent's weaknesses and neagte the effect of that particular weapon(s)
Lifespan: July 2008-Present
Robots and Vapourbots Defeated: None
Achievements: None
Battle Record: 0-0
