Name: Supreme Glory Gamma Weight: 100kg Armour: 20mm Lexan and LexiGuard compound Speed: 8mph Shape: Pyramid shaped Weapon 1: An 11kg Aluminium alloy axe powered by a 60v Etek, capable of generating 3Kj of force per hit. Strengths: Strong armour and very manoeuvrable. Weaknesses: Axe only works if something is in front or behind the robot. Ground Clearance: 0mm all around due to skirts. Srimech: The axe self rights the robot. Notes: The robot is powered by 2 x 800watt 36v DC motors giving 8mph top speed. The 2 wheels are made from Ti/V alloy and coated in Vulcalore to aid in traction. The robot is covered in 20mm Lexan and LexiGuard compound. The axe weighs a total of 11kg and is shaped like Excalibur's axe from series 3 of Robot Wars. This shape is designed to focus all the force on a single point, meaning it can pierce through armour easily. The axe can give 3Kj of force per hit, roughly the same as Beta. The tips of the axe are covered in a thin layer of carbon, so if it fights a robot with Titanium armour, it can get through the armour even easier. To stop the robot from hopping about when the axe is fired, the robot incorporates a vacuum system. This can be switched on and off during a battle to allow for manoeuvrability and superior traction when static. The skirts on SGG are made from Grade 5 Titanium and are held in place by hinges.

Name: Supreme Glory Omega Weight: 100kg Armour: 20mm Lexan and LexiGuard compound and 4mm Grade 5 Titanium skirts. Speed: 18mph, running of 2 x S28-400 MagMotors running at 24v. Shape: Box shaped with Ti skirts on each side. Weapon 1: An 11kg Aluminium alloy axe powered by liquid Nitrogen running at 1000psi. The axe mechanism is a rack and pinion system, using a 100mm stroke, 80mm bore pneumatic cylinder. Strengths: Strong armour and very manoeuvrable. Weaknesses: Axe only works if something is in front or behind the robot. Ground Clearance: 0mm all around due to skirts. Srimech: The axe self rights the robot. Notes: The 2 wheels are made from Ti/V alloy and coated in Vulcalore to aid in traction. The robot is covered in 20mm Lexan and LexiGuard compound. The axe weighs a total of 11kg and is shaped like Excalibur's axe from series 3 of Robot Wars. This shape is designed to focus all the force on a single point, meaning it can pierce through armour easily. To stop the robot hopping around when the axe is fired, the robot incorporates a vacuum system. This system basically sucks SG0 to the ground and is mainly used when fighting pushers or robots with superior pushing power. This mechanism can be knocked on and off during the match. The robot carries 4kg of liquid Nitrogen on board and has roughly 35 hits per fight. The axe can come down with roughly 2 tonnes of force at the tip, meaning that the axe could knock certain opponents out in one hit.

Robot Name: Supreme Dimensions (LxWxH): 80cm x 80cm x 35cm without skirts and whatnot. 110cm x 120cm x 35cm with the skirts, with the axe increasing the height of the robot to 65cm. (Confused yet? ;D) Shape: A box wedge with angled sides and a cylindrical back (cylindrical like Sir Chromealot, not like Barberous). Colour: The entire robot is painted a really dark shade of red, with silver trims on each side. The Titanium extenders and the axe are left silver. The disc is also left silver, but the teeth are painted the dark red colour. Weight: ~100kg, give or take a few nuts or bolts. Drive: 2 x S28-400 MagMotors, running at 24v, powered by 4 x 24v NiCad batteries. Top Speed: Roughly 15mph. Wheels: The robot has 2 custom made rubber wheels with HDPE hubs, with golf studs embedded in them for extra grip. The wheels look more like rollers than anything, being 12cm high, but 20cm wide, allowing us to have extra grip on the arena floor. Armour: The robot’s main armouring is the 6mm Titanium front and sides. The top of the robot is 8mm Polycarb and the baseplate is 4mm Titanium/Vanadium alloy. The rear of the robot is protected by the kinetic disc (see Weapons for more information). The front and sides also have Titanium extender plates, giving the robot virtually 0mm ground clearance. The side panels each have 5cm long Titanium edges, each being 4mm thick. The front has a longer 8cm piece of Titanium, with this being 7mm thick. Weapon 1: Supreme’s main weapon is a large 70cm long axe. The axe head is made from Aluminium alloy, with the axe pole being made from 3.2mm Hardox for extra strength. The axe is powered by a kinetic energy transfer from the second weapon. The axe head is a pure 7kg block of Aluminium alloy, but has side spikes to help it self right. Weapon 2: At the back of the robot is a large 1m diameter spinning ring, made from 4mm Hardox. 75% of the spinning ring is hidden by the armouring of the robot, but the remaining 25% has been left exposed in order to act as a type of defence for Supreme, especially as the axe is a uni-directional offense weapon. The spinning ring houses all the motors, electronics and batteries, and weighs just over 30kg. The disc has 4 large 1cm thick Hardox teeth, each being 3 inches in length and 4 inches wide. The spinning ring is powered by a LEM130 Lynch Motor running at 36v, geared down 4:1. The motor can spin the ring at a top speed of 1000RPM. According to the Team Cosmos KE calculator, the weapon should hit with 37kJ of power. When transferred into the axe, it should have enough power to pierce Hardox with ease. Turning Circle: 0m Ground Clearance: 0mm at front and sides and 15mm at back. Srimech: Using the axe. Render: By Kody! ;D Special Thanks to Kody and Martijn for helping with weight check. ;D
