WORCK
• WEIGHT: 100kg
• ARMOUR: 5mm Hardox for the body and flipper. 6mm Hardox for the scoop. There are hindged wedges on the sides and rear of Worck made of 3.25mm Hardox. The internals are protected by 5cm of Vulkanised rubber mounted on all sides.
• SHAPE: A low wedge shape.
• MOTORS: 2 x S28-400 MagMotors at 36V = 12HP
• LOCOMOTION: 4 Vulkanised Wheels.
• DIMENSIONS: (L) 70CM (H) 15CM (W) 70CM
• COLOUR: Black for the flipper and barbs, white for the body.
• WEAPONRY: A forward hindged flipper, running on a single 750psi ram running on CO2. The gas is contained in 2 x 2.5kg bottle, giving me 20 flips per fight, and the gearing on the ram 3:1 means we have 1300kg of flipping force! That should mean on a forward hindged flipper that I can flip almost everything OOTA.
• SPEED: 13mph
• GROUND CLEARANCE: The wedges, which join up at the corners of the robot, make the ground clearance effectively zero, but underneath the wedges is 5mm of clearance. The wedges are held on by Titanium hindges
• STRENGTH: Near impossible to get under.
• WEAKNESS: Low speeds.

WORCK-ER
• WEIGHT: 100kg
• ARMOUR: 5mm Hardox for the body and flipper. 6mm Hardox for the scoop. There are hindged wedges on the sides and rear of WORCK-ER made of 3.25mm Hardox. The internals are protected by 3cm of Vulkanised rubber mounted on all sides.
• SHAPE: A low wedge shape (The wedge is at 30 degress) with hindged wedges (42 degrees) on the sides and rear. The scoop is 20 degress.
• MOTORS: 4 x S28-400 MagMotors at 36V = 24HP
• LOCOMOTION: 4 Vulkanised Wheels.
• DIMENSIONS: (L) 70CM (H) 17CM (W) 70CM
• COLOUR: Black for the flipper and barbs, white for the body. The name 'WORCK-ER' is written on the flipper in white, running vertically down the flipper.
• WEAPONRY: A forward hindged flipper, which is 40cm wide, 3cm thick and runs 60cm up the robot, running on a single non-attached 100mm, 750psi ram running on CO2. The gas is contained in 1 x 3.5kg bottle, giving me 40 flips per fight, and the gearing on the ram 2.25:1 means we have 1550kg of flipping force at the top of the ram, and 600kg the tip bottom of the flipper! That should mean on a forward hindged flipper that I can flip almost everything OOTA. The flipper has a 5cm extender plate mounted under the scoop, so it scrapes along the ground and can now get under anything in a head-on crash. The robot also has talon-shaped barbs welding onto the wedge to keep a robot ON the wedge and prevent it from sliding off. If flipped over, the flipper can self-right WORCKER with a stylish flip that sends it 3ft into the air, but only 1 inch forward.
